Meaningful youth engagement for decent work: A training package on engaging young people in employment programmes

This training package is designed to be a practical, hands-on resource to help staff of the International Labour Organization (ILO), including youth employment technical specialists and project managers, as well as youth employment practitioners more broadly, to enhance youth engagement in employment programmes, projects and initiatives. It also provides materials to support facilitators as they roll out the accompanying training. While the training package is relevant to engaging youth more generally, there is an emphasis on the specific considerations for refugee and forcibly displaced youth.
