This tool enables governments and social partners to jointly assess the effectiveness of judicial and non-judicial institutions responsible for labour dispute prevention and resolution. It supports a shared understanding of the system’s strengths and gaps, helps identify opportunities and challenges, and informs the development of jointly agreed measures to strengthen access to labour justice.
