The webinar Psychological Safety and Organizational Happiness in Public Service – Policy Paper Sprint will explore how creating emotionally healthy, inclusive, and participatory work environments contributes to the advancement of social justice. The webinar will connect evidence and practical experiences on how organizational happiness and psychological safety promote fair treatment, reduce discrimination and harassment, support workers’ voice, and strengthen trust in institutions.

It will highlight how these elements are essential for ensuring decent work, including safe and healthy working conditions, inclusion and non-discrimination, and respectful labor relations. The session will directly contribute to the Coalition’s key interventions in promoting decent work, fostering responsible business conduct, and strengthening social dialogue, showcasing concrete strategies that employers, workers, academia, and governments can adopt to translate the Doha Political Declaration into everyday workplace practices.
