Moving Towards Social Justice in the LAC Region

The Virtual Forum- in English and in Spanish- contribute to the strengthening of social justice in Latin America and the Caribbean, through compliance, articulation and development of the key areas of action invoked by the Global Coalition for Social Justice. Objectives:

- Commemorate World Social Justice Day based on the premises set out in the Ministerial Declaration for Social Justice of Lima and the Adherence to the Ministerial Declaration of Punta Cana.

- Promote the adherence of new Governments to the Ministerial Declaration, by relaunching the call for the adherence of new members committed to the common agenda oriented towards social justice.

- To highlight the progress of governments in the area of Social Justice through the exchange and presentation of good practices.
